I went to the restaurant in the Washington Central Hotel for a dinner with my colleagues. The waiters were very welcoming and the service was great. The food arrived hot and was delicious. We all had a great time and we will definitely be back.
Went there last night for a meal in the bar, lovely food and the bar manager was great, he's very good at multi tasking. Lovely night we really enjoyed it. Maybe could have been a little warmer in there. But great service and lovely food.
I’ve just had a lovely meal with my elderly folks at the Bistro, Washington Central Hotel. Emma, the owner, and Pete at the Bistro were wonderful- so friendly and chatty. Pete couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The salmon and prawn tagliatelle in a beautiful creamy sauce was fabulous and my Dad loved his vegetable soup. The ambience was perfect and it’s all set up for disabled diners with easy entry to the hotel, parking outside the hotel, and lift, and I believe a disabled toilet, as it wasn’t needed. The indoor swimming pool and cafe look fabulous too. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Emma and Pete!
Recently attended a wedding here and Joanne the Operations Manager was absolutely amazing. She literally went above and beyond for everyone, including even helping with my very newborn baby and was just a genuine lovely person. A real credit to the Washington. Thanks for an amazing weekend.
Called for Sunday lunch. Never been before. Beautiful. Really tasty. Plenty. Could only manage 2 courses. Book in advance. Beef was so tender.
Me and my mrs booked this 1 week prior and everything was so easy and swift with the booking on wowcher, easy drive, easy to find and quick check in, staff and service was perfect and very welcoming cant complain about anything at all Wonderful experience will definitely be visiting again Would like to give a massive thank you to Pete Leahair. The bar/bistro manager, for being our best entertainment of the weekend and looking after us during our stay Top Man, he has definitely made us want to come back again soon Thanks Mate
Lovely food, catered to a group of 11 of us tonight for a Christmas meal with work. Huge shout out to Pete who did an amazing job waiting on us all on his own, absolute pro!
Just had a Sunday roast dinner (chicken) It was absolutely beautiful, followed by raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake. We couldn't fault this meal or the service. Highly recommended
